With everything on the news about the Coronavirus, I’ve had a lot of people asking me if I’m still working or not.
Yes, I’m still actively working with clients who want and need to buy or sell real estate.
While real estate does put me in contact with a lot of people, it’s not a lot of people at any given moment — and it’s easy enough to adhere to the recommended precautions and distance between each other.
For the most part, it’s business as usual-ish. The “ish” being that I’m certainly approaching my interactions and daily travels with more thought and care than usual:
Face to face meetings as brief as possible, and only when necessary.
I keep the recommended distance between myself and others when we do meet in person.
Doing as much as we can do remotely and without meeting in person.
And of course, no hugs, high fives, or handshakes with my clients when we get their house sold or they close on the house of their dreams. (You’ll have to take a rain check for those.)
Of course, if things change, I’ll let you know. But for now, it’s more or less business as usual.
Stay well!
